British supermodel Kate Moss secretly married her boyfriend, musician Jamie Hince on the Italian island of Sicily, August 7, said Friday the Daily Mirror.

Moss, 36, and Hince 40, married in an intimate ceremony held in a small church with a small group of parents and friends, among whom was the model daughter Lila Grace, age 8, told the tabloid newspaper UK.

“Kate wanted the day discrete and purely a celebration of love,” said an anonymous source at the newspaper.

The bride, who was barefoot and wore little makeup, he chose for the occasion a transparent dress. After the ceremony, local residents would have joined in the fun.
